  3. Ship the Item – Return the item in secure packaging to avoid damage during transit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  4. Inspection & Refund – Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. Approved returns will be refunded within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Refund Policy
